Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Lakeside Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Fresno region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
