Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Fresno, CA)

Bright Ember Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Fresno plant, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Investigate trends in machine downtime and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
