Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Fort Worth, TX)

Fernwood Collective runs clinics and patient services around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 10 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
