Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Nest Housing and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
