Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Drift Civic Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in procurement and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
