Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Nova Cedar Farms and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
