Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Beacon Medical and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
