Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Cobalt Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Dallas. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
