Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Dallas, TX)

Summit Fern Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Dallas, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on visitor services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
