Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Sparrow Energy Group is an energy provider in Cleveland focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on service connections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
