Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Bridge Farms is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on harvest schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
