Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge Meadow Insurance is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in claims and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on policy renewals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
