Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Forge Legal Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
