Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge Iron Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
