Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Foods and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in production batches and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer specifications. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
