Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Amber Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
