Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Boston, MA)

Summit Beacon Financial Group serves customers across Boston with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Boston. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in regulatory reports and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
