Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Boise, ID)

Nova Wilder Early Learning is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
