Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Boise, ID)

Lumen Works is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
