Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Financial Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
