Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cobalt Staffing and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Boise. What you will do • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on retention. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
