Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Boise region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
