Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cedar Facilities and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
