Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Birmingham, AL)

Clearpath Orchard Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Birmingham, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in fleet maintenance and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on collection routes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
