Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Baltimore, MD)

Fernwood Fox Community Partners is a nonprofit in Baltimore supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
