Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Austin, TX)

Highbridge North Property Management manages apartment communities around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
