Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Austin, TX)

Foxglove Union Legal Group is a Austin practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Austin. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
