Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Austin, TX)

Lumen Ember Early Learning is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
