Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Austin, TX)

Clearpath Sparrow Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Austin region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 871 people based in Austin. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
