Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Meridian Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Austin, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
