Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Juniper Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Atlanta, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
