Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook Sparrow Farms is an agricultural business based around Atlanta, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 583 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
