Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Anchorage, AK)

Cedar Thistle Financial serves customers across Anchorage with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in account servicing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
