Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Union Legal Group provides legal services in Anchorage across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
