Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Cedar North Insurance Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 460 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on policy renewals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
