Senior Data Analyst - dashboard development (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cross Hospitality and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
