Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Stone Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 723 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer tracking and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
