Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Rowan Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Wichita, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Investigate trends in card disputes and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fraud alerts.
