Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Sparrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on deposit accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
