Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Basin Health Group is a healthcare provider in Tulsa with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 657 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient education. • Python or R for analysis.
