Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Studio helps transport agencies around Tulsa design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in fare systems and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on accessibility audits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
