Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Ivory Energy is an energy provider in Tucson focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Investigate trends in outage response and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
