Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Tucson, AZ)

Westbrook Oak Arts Center is an arts centre in Tucson with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 309 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on exhibitions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
