Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Corner Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
