Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Juniper Legal Group is a Tucson practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
