Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Health and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 871 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
