Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Vista Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Tucson plant, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in tooling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on scrap and rework. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
