Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Hollow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Tucson presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on ticketing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
