Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lakeside Environmental Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on fleet maintenance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
