Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Toledo, OH)

Silverline Orchard Arts Center is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 249 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
